How do I place a custom order?
Pick your product, choose colour/size and quantity, and upload your logo or design directly on the product page. For products with multiple sizes or designs, you can upload a different design for each size in the same order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Most products offer a small “sample” tier so you can order 1–2 pieces first. Bulk tiers unlock lower per-piece pricing as your quantity goes up.
What file formats can I upload for my design?
PNG, JPG/JPEG, PDF, and SVG are accepted. For the sharpest print, upload a high-resolution PNG or vector (SVG/PDF) file.
Why does the price change with quantity?
Bulk pricing is built into every product — the price per piece drops automatically at higher quantity tiers, so larger orders cost less per unit.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payment methods available at checkout are supported.
How long does production take?
Turnaround depends on the product and order size; corporate bulk orders may take longer than sample orders. Contact us if you have a firm deadline.
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes, we ship across India.
Can I return a customized product?
Because every item is printed specifically for your order, customized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a printing defect or damage in transit.
I made a mistake in my uploaded design — can I fix it?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started we may not be able to make changes.
